Very fast service but had difficulty navigating the website. One time it was down and the other time the pdf copy did not open but my downloads went from 10 to 7. When I went to a friends house on his computer I was able to download my DD214 but only had the undeleted version. I requested the deleted and undeleted version. I still have the hard copy coming via USPS. I am hoping it has a copy of both.
[Response: We were conducting server maintenance on the day you had placed your Order, the same day we retrieved your record and made it available to you. We are in the process of instituting a failover capability, to move from our current 98+% uptime closer to 100%. As for your inability to open the PDF file of your record, this is most likely due to your use of an older version of Adobe Reader. Finally, the only difference between the Deleted and Undeleted DD214 is the bottom 1.5 inches. Simply reproduce your Undeleted DD214 leaving off the bottom 1.5 inches.
