I needed a quick copy of my DD214 when I was unable to locate my document for VA loan processing. I sorted through several online organizations to find one that was legitimate, and Touchstone came through. In less than a week, I had electronic and hard copies of my DD214 and accompanying paperwork.
The quality of the hard copies was fair--the copies had broad swaths that were tricky to read because the copy was so light. I don't know whether that was the fault of Touchstone or the agency where Touchstone got the copies from. It looks like the copy machine was really low on toner/ink. The electronic copy was also hard to read--some pixellation, as well as insufficient contrast with the print in the shaded box areas. But I believe that what I have received will meet the need.
