At first, I was uncertain about your website, and was a bit leary of utilizing the site to obtain my DD214. I am pleased to advise that, after only 5 days, I have a copy of my DD214 in my hand (downloaded from your website) and am able to forward it to the individuals requesting same. Furthermore, I discovered that it took 5 days only because there was a holiday Friday (Veterans Day!) the day after my Thursday afternoon application was completed on line, which was followed by a weekend; otherwise, I probably would have had it sooner than that. I would not hesitate to recommend Touchstone's services to anyone requiring prompt, efficient, turn around on the acquisition of an extremely important document, which would have otherwise taken weeks (literally) to obtain had I gone through the normal channels. The price was reasonable, and the attention that was given to my particular case was outstanding! In a nutshell, I would say that the service provided was quick, easy, and effective, and the client service representative who was assigned to my case was courteous and responsive to ALL of my inquiries.
