Touchstone came through just in time. I needed my DD214 to secure a discount of fees associated with an SBA loan my company was in the process of procuring. Literally, the day before the paperwork was being sent for processing, I received my DD214 & was able to submit thus securing a good $3600.00 discount.
Phone communication for inquiries is pretty much impossible with them, but they do communicate well via their ticketing platform. When dealing with them, you really do have to remember that once submitted, they simply don't have access to updated processing information.
That said, the I received my DD214 in within 7 business days using the expedited service which was absolutely worth the charge.
