FANTASTIC! 9 business days from ordering to having the email with the downloadable version. Certified hard copies came a day or two later. Not going to lie, I started to think I got swindled toward that 9th day, because the order status never updated from ‘in process’ - so maybe an update or two along the process? But other than that - would highly recommend to those needing their paperwork fast. [COVID has caused longer-than-usual delays in our retrievals. Nevertheless, no one can get you your record faster.
